SUMMARY
Technical Account Managers (TAM) are the primary resource, trusted business advisor and point of contact for our customers. They are responsible for actively pursuing and managing new opportunities in their assigned territory as well as driving both the technology evaluation stage and the customers purchase process. You will be required to identify and provide tailored solutions that meet your customers business objectives while addressing their technical challenges to assure complete customer satisfaction. The Technical Account Managers must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships with Trilion's customers throughout the project life-cycle, from the initial definition of the technical recommendations, to the purchasing, delivery, implementation and support of the selected measurement systems. By maintaining a long-term relationship with their customers, a TAM gains an understanding of the customer’s overall business, goals, and challenges to enable continuous growth of the account and to ensure that the customer can achieve their business outcomes successfully using Trilion technologies. The newly-hired TAM can expect an accelerated growth-path to complete autonomy within 6-8 months. The compensation is base salary plus commission and the possibility of bonuses. Hiring process will end by April 30th with a desired start date of May 6th.
